At SynerG Coaching and Wellness we define longevity like this. Longevity is the practice of living the longest life possible while maintaining the ability to manage daily functions independently while feeling healthy and energized up until the end of our days.
The human body is a very intricate machine and all of the pieces need to work together synergistically and in balance to provide maximum health and wellness. We have developed The Five Pillars of Longevity as our Coaching method to help you maximize and find balance in all phases of your life.
With a lifetime of athletic achievement coupled with 30+ Years of study in Martial Arts and Taoist Internal Practice we have developed a system of living and daily practice that will help you live your best possible life full of health, wellness and happiness

Breaking Down the Five Pillars

Daily Exercise
Of the five pillars, daily exercise has the greatest immediate impact on all cause mortality. It is most beneficial to have your exercise house in order with a very specific plan as priority #1! There are multiple aspects of exercise that need to be addressed as we age. Cardio vascular exercise, specifically Zone 2 training along with VO2 Max. Strength training, functional strength, flexibility and others will help create a healthy and strong body to maximize longevity. These are all taught in our SynerG Academy along with specific training methods, Self mastery courses and more.

Proper Diet
"Food is better than medicine!" How you eat, having a proper education on food and how it interacts with your bodily systems is a must. The Standard American Diet is a leading cause for insulin resistance as well as the many illnesses associated with it. In our SynerG Academy we cover several topics to help you understand how the body works and how to keep it functioning internally in a healthy and efficient way. The Academy will teach you how to change your habits through understanding how nutrition impacts the various bodily functions and how to make necessary changes as needed.

Efficient Body
The human body is an amazing organism. It has many systems that need to act in unison and in balance to achieve maximum wellness. SynerG Academy, qigong courses and the Jade Dragon Martial Arts Academy help you create strategies to create an efficient and functional body. This is a huge part of our coaching!

Stress Reduction, Meditation, Mindfuness
Stress reduction, mindfulness, meditation and proper sleep are critical for a life of complete wellness. Within our SynerG Academy, Tai Chi and Qigong courses and our Self Mastery Pathway we have teachings and strategies to help accomplish all of these.

Internal Energy/Qi
What separates our coaching from other longevity and wellness coaches is our advanced knowledge of ancient Daoist exercise and practices. Many of these revolve around the concept of Qi and the body’s ability to efficiently move and utilize this internal energy. You can learn these practices in most of our courses.

Our Academies
Our Academies are ongoing classes that provide in-depth learning for the specific academy that you choose. Learn at your own pace online. We offer Academies for the following:

- Jade Dragon Academies- Ongoing classes for Tai Chi, Neigong & Qigong, Baguazhang & Xing Ie, and Five Ancestor Martial Arts.

Individual Courses
You can choose to learn specific course topics. Our individual courses will offer specific material that will cover all facets of what we teach through SynerG Coaching and the Jade Dragon Martial Arts and Neigong Academy. These topics can range from learning to use advanced training methods to crush your next athletic event, to specific Qigong and Neigong work, to specific Martial Arts material that you might be interested in that exists outside of the Jade Dragon Curriculum. You choose and simply enroll in the courses you are interested in.

One on One Coaching
One on one coaching allows you to choose what you learn based upon specific goals that you may have. The material can cover all facets of what we teach through SynerG Coaching and the Jade Dragon Martial Arts and Neigong Academy. These topics can range from learning to use advanced training methods to crush your next athletic event, to specific Qigong and Neigong work, to one on one Martial Arts training. The benefit is that you get one on one coaching that is completely dialed in to where you are and want to go.
