Shaolin Five Ancestor Fist
Our primary practice is Shaolin Five Ancestor Fist (AKA-Wuzu Quan or Ngo Cho Kun). Five Ancestor Fist is a Shaolin Southern Style practice that was developed in the Fujian Province . The style combines the primary characteristics of White Crane, Lohan Fist, Taizu Quan, Monkey Fist and the internal arts of Bodhidharma.

Classical Weapons
We teach four primary weapons- Staff, Broadsword, Spear and straight sword. We begin weapons training at beginner level 3 because we believe training with weapons enhances all martial skills. (We also teach several other weapons such as the 9 section Chain Whip, Chinese Sai, Daggers and others. However, those will be taught outside of the core curriculum for those that wish to learn them.)

Self Mastery
There is only one area of control that is in your hands. These are the things about you that make you the person you are or can be. These are things about you that nobody in this world can access. Self-mastery is about exploring, observing and learning about these things. Once you have that understanding, you can make better decisions and respond to life, and to others, with clarity and understanding. You can find stability in an unstable world. You are better equipped to manage your personal wellness.
You’re just a few steps away from learning the complete art of Shaolin Five Ancestor Fist along with many other Shaolin styles and practices that will elevate your understanding of wellness to a whole new level.
