SynerG Academy is an ongoing course that offers updated weekly classes, content and practice to help you constantly move forward on your journey for optimal health!Ā At SynerG Coaching and Wellness our focus is on Longevity, defined asĀ theĀ practiceĀ of living the longest life possible while maintaining the ability to manage daily functions independently while feeling healthy and energized up until the end of our days.Ā Longevity is created with a very deliberate approach to multiple aspects of your daily being. How you choose to live and behave daily will have a maximum impact on your ability to achieve true longevity. Over the past three decades I have developed the 5 Pillars of Longevity Strategy. To help you realize these 5 Pillars we utilize three specific platforms of teaching/coaching. Modern Fitness and Wellness, Self Mastery courses and utilization of the ancient practices of Qi Gong/Neigong, Internal and External Martial Arts training and Meditation and Mindfulness practice
